Follow Our Simple, Outlined Steps

Check in online from home
Like a flight, the night before your visit, you’ll receive an SMS to check in online. Confirm your details, select your contact preference, and you’re ready for drop-off.

Drop off at the Rooftop
Arrive via Elswick Street and park on the rooftop in the designated bays. Head inside, follow the signs to the Service Kiosk on the Ground level. At the kiosk, follow the prompts and drop your keys in the secure locker.

Relax while we service your VW
Enjoy the new Molinari Coffee bar, relax in our lounge or get on with your day knowing your Volkswagen is in expert hands. 

Check out and drive away
When your car is ready, we'll notify you with a secure payment link via text. Once you've paid, you'll receive a security code to use at our kiosk. Just enter the code, grab your keys, and you're good to go!
